I was very apprehensive of trying cello lessons online, but after 3 years with Olga, I have to say it's great. I'm in Paris, she's in the US, but she doesn't miss a thing -- even though sometimes I wish she would!

Excellent. That was very helpful, especially on where to place the thumb, and keeping fingers close to the string. I was lifting my fingers and I started missing notes. Thank you.

I am a first time cello student without an instructor (40 years old). I have been playing instruments since I was 8 but not strings. Maybe I am to old, maybe not. Thank you for these video as they are giving me a great starting point and helping me to stay away from bad habits.
